Ram Ladoo is a popular street food snack from Delhi. These are basically fried Vadas or Pakoras made from Moong Dal, Urad Dal, and Chana Dal Batter. These Ram Ladoos are mostly served with Radish Chutney ( Mooli Ki Chutney ).
Mooli Ki Chutney Recipe Ingredients -
2-3 Green Chillies (chopped) / Hari Mirch
1 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped) / Adrak
Coriander Leaves (chopped) / Dhaniya Patta
1/2 cup Mint Leaves / Pudina Patta
1/2 cup Radish Leaves / Mooli Ke Patte
1/2 Rock Salt /Kala Namak
1 Tbsp Water / Paani
Juice Of 1 Lemon / Nimbu Ka Ras

1/2 cup Split Bengal Gram (soaked) / Chana Dal
1/2 cup Yellow Split Gram (soaked)/ Moong Dal
1/4 cup Black Gram Lentils (skinned & soaked) / Urad Dal
2 Tbsp Water / Paani
1 Tbsp Ginger / Adrak
3 tbsp Water / Paani
1 1/2 tbsp Radish Leaves Chutney / Mooli Ki Chutney
1 tsp Salt / Namak
Oil for frying / Tel
